Original oil painting by Liz Vaughn. "Obscurity and The Vagueness of Wealth", I know, quite the title, right? Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction! Some years back, a co-worker mentioned to my husband that he had witnessed the most interesting situation while travelling for work. A man was walking down the street pushing a shopping cart, and the cart had a rooster tied to it as his companion. When the coworker mentioned the sighting it to one of the locals in the area - they nodded and stated that man was well known and a bona fide character. Long story short, who could resist painting that imagery?
This is a piece I lovingly refer to as "Vintage Vaughn". An older piece that has yet to be adopted, but too good to archive.
